Russel brings over 15 years of experience in real estate and finance to the Erie Shores Capital team. A proud graduate of the University of Windsor with a degree in Business (Finance) and a minor in Economics, he combines strong financial expertise with a deep understanding of market cycles.

As a Remax Lifetime Achievement award-winner and CCIM designee, Russel has successfully navigated the highs and lows of the real estate industry. Clients value his hands-on experience as both an agent and investor, having built a diverse portfolio across retail, office, industrial, multi-family, vacant land, and waterfront properties. His personal investments extend into private lending as well as the U.S. multifamily market, giving him unique insight into multiple asset classes.

Known for being a true numbers person, Russel has a talent for analyzing opportunities with precision—whether it’s a complex spreadsheet or a large-scale development site. Beyond his professional expertise, he is passionate about sports, travel, and fitness, and takes pride in being both a husband and father.
