How to Get Started
At Erie Shores Capital Management, we simplify this process for you.
Here's how it works:
Once your private lender is identified, the first step is to register them with Erie Shores Capital. This ensures we have the appropriate compliance documentation, tax forms, and investment suitability records on file. Registration is quick and sets the foundation for a smooth transaction.
After your lender is registered, submit the mortgage deal to our team. Include the borrower’s application, property details, and deal summary—our underwriters will take it from there.
To make the process even smoother, we provide access to our broker portal. Through the portal, you can:
- Submit and track your deals seamlessly.
- Access updates on underwriting progress.
- Communicate directly with our team for faster turnaround.
Erie Shores Capital will coordinate all aspects of the mortgage on your behalf, including:
- Drafting of commitment and lender documents
- Coordinating with appraisers and lawyers
- Managing borrower disclosures
- Ensuring full compliance with FSRA regulations
- Issuing clear, branded documents to all parties
We maintain professional and transparent communication with both the borrower and the lender throughout the process—keeping timelines, expectations, and documentation clear every step of the way.
Once closed, we continue to manage the deal, from disbursement to servicing, ensuring all obligations are met and both parties are supported throughout the term of the mortgage.
